SHADOW is the first collaboration between the guitar legend Loren Connors and the great contemporary/experimental guitarist Sergio Sorrentino. The meeting between their Stratocasters, created a new instrument, a unique electric guitar (or a ghost of an electric guitar), light and dark, lyrical and experimental, calm and resonant. Their meeting created a sonic exploration of the shadow, with colors and sound halos coming from the most hidden folds of the human soul.

Loren Connors says:
“Sometimes impediments become opportunities. This was my first experience recording a duet remotely with someone I was meeting for the first time. I had no idea what would happen. But Sergio and I had a great connection aesthetically and I'm very happy with what we did.”

Sergio Sorrentino says: “Loren has always been my guitar hero to me. Playing and recording with him for the first time was beautiful and very natural. We just started playing, without planning anything. It was a unique, magical, moving experience. Creating music with Loren gave me a profound transcendental experience.”
